Responsibilities
- Guide execution of the Product Engineering AI roadmap and define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and scalable AI design patterns.
- Design and deliver enterprise-grade generative AI applications, agentic AI systems, RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and MLOps/LLMOps frameworks.
- Translate business and technology requirements into practical AI solutions in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, conduct proofs of concept, and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with Security, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture teams on responsible, secure, and compliant AI implementations.
- Assess solution risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and contribute to enterprise AI governance practices.
- Develop reference architectures and reusable components to improve consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Mentor engineers and architects and promote organizational AI fluency, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in solution architecture, technical design, and enterprise technology delivery.
- At least 3 years of strong knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI systems, and AI operational frameworks is preferred.
- Experience leading technical initiatives and architecting complex solutions, particularly in regulated or highly governed environments.
- Experience with AI orchestration platforms and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Strands, or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, GCP Gemini AI, M365 Copilot Studio, or comparable cloud AI platforms.
- Experience developing RAG solutions, vector databases, memory systems, prompt engineering strategies, and model optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of modern AI development tools, coding assistants, enterprise AI platforms, integration protocols, tool-calling frameworks, and API-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, governance principles, regulatory frameworks, GPU utilization, token economics, and performance optimization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused recommendations.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Agile and evolving technology environments.
- Relevant AI, cloud, or architecture certifications are preferred.
- Master's degree is preferred.
