Responsibilities

Oversee integrations with advertisers and ecosystem partners using InMobi’s products.
Provide pre- and post-sales technical advisory to clients.
Ensure outstanding customer experience by resolving technical issues promptly.
Drive successful customer adoption through deep technical understanding of products.
Act as a liaison between Regional Sales and Product & Engineering teams.
Manage customer product deployments across stakeholders.
Communicate key market and customer requirements to Product/Engineering teams.
Stay updated with industry best practices and serve as a resource for client technical issues.

Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Strong customer focus with proven problem-solving abilities.
Experience in engineering, sales engineering, or technical account management, preferably in mobile/internet advertising.
Strong analytical skills for deep analysis and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with client-side scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, HTML5 is preferred.
Experience with Azure, Databricks, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and databases like MySQL, Postgres is a plus.
Experience with app development (Android, iOS), Java, .NET, Perl/Python is a plus.
