$156k - $239k/yr

Responsibilities

Design and implement innovative ArcGIS platform-based strategies for Professional Services customers.
Define business continuity for on-premises and cloud deployments, adhering to industry standards.
Translate customer system requirements into software architecture and design specifications.
Advise customers on effective solutions using Esri technology to enhance decision-making.
Recommend strategies and work with customers on software implementation and migration.
Collaborate with customers to identify and certify key GIS workflows for the ArcGIS platform.
Develop multi-year IT/GIS strategies for technology change and budget planning.
Mentor and guide less experienced colleagues and technical staff.
Lead all stages of the implementation process, including risk management and personnel management.
Plan and script ArcGIS platform deployment automation with customer DevSecOps teams.

12+ years in GIS platform architecture and solution design.
5+ years of experience applying GIS technology in the electric and gas utilities sector.
Proven experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, RDBMS, and programming/scripting languages.
Knowledge of integrating GIS with ERP, EAM, CRM, and SCM systems.
Strong leadership skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, GIS, Mathematics, or a related STEM field.
