Responsibilities

  • Research, design, implement, compare, integrate, and optimize state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning algorithms.
  • Develop solutions for player and ball tracking, segmentation, re-identification, 3D localization, event detection, and related sports-video analysis tasks.
  • Use computer vision and machine learning to automate and simplify manual operator workflows.
  • Apply computer vision methods while balancing accuracy with real-time processing constraints.
  • Integrate research into real-world products and write clean, scalable, optimized, documented, and understandable code.
  • Participate in applicable code reviews and build reusable code libraries when needed.
  • Share knowledge and collaborate with team members across multiple European countries.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of professional experience with computer vision and machine learning.
  • At least 2 years of experience developing or using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Expert programming skills with Python and its underlying data-science libraries.
  • Basic software engineering knowledge, including design patterns and SOLID principles.
  • Excellent English communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • Comfort with modern software development practices including Git, code reviews, and agile development.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, creative, innovative, autonomous, rigorous, and collaborative abilities.
