Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Act as both product manager and engineer to build and deploy solutions.
- Own initiatives from inception through development and maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new features.
- Orchestrate AI agents to build solutions quickly.
- Train non-technical teams to utilize AI tools effectively.
- Establish engineering processes to scale the codebase.
- Apply metrics to solve scaling challenges and support growth.
- Participate actively in all stages of product development.
- Travel to client sites to understand customer problems.
- Communicate regularly with global teams outside typical hours.
- Adapt to the demands of a high-growth startup environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Fluency in TypeScript, Rust, Java, or related technologies.
- Strong product sense and intuition.
- Proven technical leadership in shipping products.
- Passion for building great user experiences.
