Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support AI/ML solutions, internal tools, and systems.
- Turn innovative research ideas into production-ready solutions and scalable ML infrastructure.
- Optimize existing systems and provide support and maintenance for current products.
- Use ML orchestration, deployment, versioning, monitoring, and MLOps practices.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure across GCP, AWS, Azure, and on-premises platforms.
- Act as an AI/ML subject-matter expert, promote AI/ML expertise across the company, and support cross-functional stakeholders.
- Step into a project lead role when required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python; experience with other programming languages is a plus.
- Strong AI/ML expertise and familiarity with current techniques.
- Solid understanding of database systems.
- Containerization experience with Docker.
- Working experience with Kubeflow, Airflow, or Prefect.
- Experience managing CI/CD pipelines and Terraform infrastructure across different platforms.
- Experience with NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pydantic, and LangChain.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices including deployment, versioning, and monitoring.
- Ability to collaborate with researchers, balance multiple priorities, optimize systems, and communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
