Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end frontend projects for authentication, identity, account security, and multi-user or multi-organization experiences.
- Author and drive technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation.
- Set the Native versus Webview architecture strategy for authentication surfaces.
- Identify and resolve systemic technical debt and code quality issues across the team’s codebase.
- Lead on-call, code review, and incident response rituals while mentoring L04 engineers.
- Use generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
- Experience independently leading end-to-end delivery of ambiguous and complex projects.
- Experience authoring and driving technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation for at least 2–3 major initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve systemic technical debt with measurable reliability or developer-velocity improvements.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading on-call rotations, code review standards, and incident response.
