Responsibilities

  • Lead pilots end-to-end, scoping success criteria and configuring environments.
  • Design agent workflows that integrate with CRMs, ERPs, and custom APIs.
  • Build secure integrations with real-time context while meeting compliance controls.
  • Operationalize AI agents on Kubernetes or customer VPCs, setting up monitoring and evaluation.
  • Drive feedback loops to influence product roadmap priorities.
  • Enable client self-sufficiency through workshops and best-practice playbooks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting for SaaS/AI products.
  • Proficiency in Python, Go, JS/TS, and experience with LLM frameworks.
  • Cloud-native skills across AWS/GCP/Azure, with knowledge of Docker, Helm, and Terraform.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical teams and C-suite executives.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a customer-in-control mindset.
  • Knowledge of telephony stacks and experience deploying chatbots or voice bots.
