Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and implement custom DocuSign CLM solutions for contract-management requirements.
Integrate DocuSign CLM with other systems to enable data flow and process automation.
Customize CLM workflows, templates, and rules according to contract-management policies and procedures.
Create and maintain documentation for CLM configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Test and debug CLM solutions against performance, security, and usability standards.
Provide technical leadership on CLM projects and collaborate with legal, sales, operations, senior leaders, and solution architects.
Gather requirements and translate business concepts into implementable technical requirements.
Train and support end users to drive adoption of DocuSign CLM solutions.
Develop, report, and monitor process-quality metrics to support continuous improvement.
Own project delivery from idea through implementation, including requirements documentation, approvals, and business change.
Track trends and best practices in contract management, DocuSign, and CLM tools to recommend improvements.

5–8 years of overall professional experience in leading multinationals, with experience leading and implementing CLM solutions.
At least 3 years of experience implementing CLM solutions is desired.
Graduation or a master's degree in a related field from a Tier 1 institute.
Proficiency in JavaScript and experience with the DocuSign CLM API and SDK.
Experience with project management, process automation, system integration, and data migration.
Strong understanding of contract-management processes and best practices.
Ability to bridge business and development teams by translating business concepts into implementable requirements.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, detail-oriented, interpersonal, influencing, communication, presentation, teamwork, and ethical skills.
Ability to operate at both conceptual and working levels, think strategically, and translate strategy into action plans.
Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
DocuSign CLM Certification is an additional advantage.
