Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead Active Directory modernization and migration toward Entra-first identity architecture.
- Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID, Cloud Sync, Identity Governance, Conditional Access, authentication, and access lifecycle capabilities.
- Lead passwordless authentication, Microsoft Authenticator, Passkeys, Windows Hello for Business, and Cloud Kerberos Trust initiatives.
- Drive Intune transformation, GPO-to-Intune migrations, CIS benchmark implementation, Windows deployment modernization, and device lifecycle standards.
- Architect Entra Join, Windows Autopilot, Global Secure Access, Entra Private Access, and Entra Internet Access transformations.
- Develop identity governance workflows, access certification processes, HR-system integrations, and role-based access governance.
- Build PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation for provisioning, reporting, and self-service capabilities.
- Own the Microsoft platform roadmap, mentor others, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of Microsoft infrastructure engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Microsoft identity engineering experience.
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration and architecture experience.
- 5+ years of Intune and endpoint engineering experience.
- Experience leading enterprise transformation programs and designing Zero Trust architecture.
- Experience supporting regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, identity governance, authentication, secure access, and automation.
- Ability to independently own technical work, mentor others, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.

- Base salary range is $145,000–$165,000 on a full-time schedule, with eligibility for monthly bonuses and Restricted Stock Units.
