Responsibilities

Design and own the architecture and roadmap for ad infrastructure, including SSP and Ad Exchange components.
Lead the development of scalable, low-latency auction systems and OpenRTB integrations.
Mentor and grow a high-performing engineering team; establish best practices in code quality and system performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and compliance requirements.

10+ years of experience in backend or distributed systems engineering, including 3+ years as a Tech Lead.
Proven experience building an SSP or Ad Exchange from architecture to production scale.
Strong leadership in project planning, execution, code/design reviews, and mentoring senior engineers.
Deep expertise in low-latency, high-throughput systems and performance profiling.
Production experience with streaming and data systems.
Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages, such as Go.
Strong knowledge of data infrastructure and storage systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
