Responsibilities
- Participate in all phases of application development, with an emphasis on coding and debugging.
- Design, build, and maintain reusable, reliable code and APIs for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, designers, frontend developers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and implement solutions to improve performance, scalability, and security.
- Apply security best practices to protect sensitive data and systems.
- Develop or support automation tests and regression testing.
- Provide personalized software support to users as needed.
- Document application support and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of software development experience focused on scalable and reliable systems.
- Extensive knowledge of .NET, C#, LINQ, MS SQL, Entity Framework, and related technologies.
- Experience using Git and applying SOLID principles and clean code practices.
- Experience with REST web service protocols and extensible API design.
- Experience debugging complex applications.
- Experience with Agile development project management methodologies.
- Database development experience with SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
- Some familiarity with Docker.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Azure, AWS, RabbitMQ, and Quartz experience is preferred.
