Base Salary
$102k - $138k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support development programs, research efforts, and strategic initiatives in Product Security.
- Develop strategies and processes to protect and sustain the warfighter’s competitive advantage.
- For software-focused work, develop, document, and maintain software architectures, requirements, algorithms, interfaces, and designs.
- For integration-focused work, develop requirements, documentation, test plans, and test procedures and participate in verification activities.
- Collaborate with engineering and non-engineering stakeholders, including DOD customers, suppliers, and industry subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology, computer science, data science, mathematics, physics, chemistry, or a directly related non-U.S. equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
- Security-focused coding experience, particularly in anti-tamper functions and cryptography implementation, is preferred.
- Experience with requirements analysis, cryptography, secure communications protocols, and system- or component-level reverse engineering is preferred.
- Experience designing or integrating systems or subsystems in the defense industry is preferred.
- Experience or interest in commercial off-the-shelf FPGAs and COTS security features is preferred.
- A current U.S. Secret Clearance is preferred; the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance and program access is required, along with U.S. citizenship.
