Responsibilities
- Define technical vision and enterprise-scale architectures for AI solutions in smart manufacturing and industrial operations.
- Design end-to-end IT-OT architectures integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
- Apply GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and intelligent automation technologies to factory transformation solutions.
- Engage executive stakeholders, assess business needs, lead architecture workshops, and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Support strategic pursuits by developing solution strategies, reference architectures, implementation approaches, and executive presentations.
- Provide architectural governance throughout delivery and collaborate with engineering and partner ecosystems.
- Develop reusable offerings, frameworks, AI accelerators, and intellectual property while mentoring technical teams and driving innovation.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing, industrial automation, or smart factory environments.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Physical AI, Industrial AI, digital twins, and intelligent automation technologies.
- Proven experience architecting enterprise-scale IT-OT solutions integrating MES, SCADA, PLCs, historians, IoT, robotics, edge computing, and cloud platforms.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, industrial control systems, and Factory of the Future architectures.
- Experience translating complex business challenges into scalable, secure, production-ready technical solutions.
- Experience leading technical strategy, architecture governance, solution design, and executive-level client engagements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills with the ability to influence business and technology leaders.
- Experience developing reusable frameworks, reference architectures, and AI accelerators, mentoring cross-functional engineering teams, and driving innovation across global organizations.
