Base Salary
$120k - $223k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation, design, and analysis of enterprise-wide technology solutions.
- Translate business and technical requirements into architectural blueprints and reconcile solution designs with business needs.
- Support applications for specific business processes, design prototypes and integrations, and provide solution recommendations and alternatives.
- Collaborate with enterprise architecture, information security, applications, and infrastructure teams.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, system architectures, presentations, and design materials.
- Ensure solutions comply with architectural standards and advise on a broad range of technologies, platforms, and vendor offerings.
- Serve as a liaison between business functions and vendors, monitoring vendor activities and maintaining alignment.
- Apply risk management standards and support projects and initiatives assigned by IT management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 8 years of related experience in architecture design and implementation within pharmaceutical industry IT or product management.
- Strong experience with pharmaceutical MarTech and patient technologies, including Salesforce and Adobe interfaces and synergies.
- Experience with solution design, data management, data integration, database development, data modeling, and data warehousing.
- Experience with SQL, AWS, cloud technologies, ETL tools such as Informatica, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau and Qlik Sense.
- Experience assembling large, complex structured and unstructured data sets to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical data systems such as IQVIA, Veeva, customer or product master systems, Snowflake, Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Informatica is preferred.
- Strong systems analysis and design, technical writing, documentation review, problem-solving, analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and knowledge of project and system development methodologies are required; onsite/offshore team experience is a plus.
