Responsibilities
- Deploy and manage large language models using cloud-native services and infrastructure.
- Monitor model performance, system health, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate operational requirements into deployment strategies.
- Evaluate and improve operational workflows, resource usage, and system reliability.
- Document operational procedures and incident reports for knowledge sharing and compliance.
- Contribute independently as a subject matter expert and support junior team members with guidance and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs) is required.
- Experience with cloud-native services and infrastructure for deploying and managing AI models.
- Strong understanding of monitoring tools and techniques for model performance and system health.
- Familiarity with security and compliance standards relevant to AI operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges promptly.
- Prompt Engineering and Generative AI experience are good-to-have qualifications.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
