Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision models.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to support AI model development and optimization.
- Integrate AI solutions into customer experience systems and platforms.
- Refine AI models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Develop and test AI-powered prototypes and proofs of concept.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and customer success representatives.
- Monitor advancements in AI technology and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong programming skills in Python or another relevant programming language.
- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- In-depth knowledge of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques including text classification, sentiment analysis, and language generation.
- Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and their AI services.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer data platforms.
- Experience with AI-powered chatbots or virtual assistants.
- Knowledge of ethical AI practices and data privacy regulations.
- Security and SaaS experience are strongly preferred.
