Base Salary
$142k - $213k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable applications incorporating AI and machine learning capabilities.
- Evaluate and implement AI-driven solutions including robotic process automation, intelligent data processing, and predictive analytics.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, estimation, planning, resource administration, quality management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder management.
- Monitor operational metrics and SLAs and streamline processes using AI-powered analytics.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to identify AI integration opportunities and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead and mentor technical teams on emerging AI technologies and coordinate work across global and regional teams.
Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in technology leadership, Python development, project or program management, and delivery management.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies and their practical applications in financial services.
- Hands-on experience with Python, Java, React, Angular, Postgres, MongoDB, and Oracle across SDLC functions.
- Expertise in DevOps practices, knowledge of robotic process automation, and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for technical and business audiences.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a master's degree in computer science, computer management, data science, or a related field is preferred.
- Prince2 certification or Certified Product Owner qualification is preferred.
- Experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services, particularly the Institutional Client Group, is preferred.
- Experience managing fixed-price, time-and-materials, and transactional projects with strong commercial acumen is preferred.
