Base Salary

$80k - $105k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer-site and remote installations, migrations, and upgrades of PanaCIM, iLNB, DGS, and related Panasonic applications.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows Server, Ubuntu, SQL, PostgreSQL, Docker, and enterprise networking environments.
  • Perform root-cause analysis of software and network communication issues and collaborate with TAC and Development to validate patches, fixes, and enhancements.
  • Maintain network diagrams, software versions, HostIDs, license information, configuration guides, deployment procedures, and other customer documentation.
  • Provide technical consultation on site preparation, backups, integrations, and system performance.
  • Support process standardization, knowledge sharing, deployment efficiency, and quality consistency.
  • Support trade shows, demonstrations, customer consultations, and identification of sales opportunities.
  • Complete training, travel reports, expense reports, and other required documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience with relevant technical certifications in lieu of the degree.
  • 2–5 years of experience in software implementation, networking, and industrial IT.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux Ubuntu, Docker, SQL, PostgreSQL, and enterprise networking.
  • CompTIA A+ certification is required; CompTIA Network+ or Linux+ is preferred.
  • ASQ CSQE, SMT manufacturing experience, MES system experience, and English-Spanish bilingual ability are desirable.
  • Ability to travel extensively, often 95% or more, domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice and during non-standard hours, weekends, or holidays.
  • Ability to lift over 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in factory production environments and confined spaces.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, customer-service, and process-adherence skills.
