Base Salary

$145k - $170k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead Oracle Planning implementations using Oracle Cloud EPM solutions for public-sector clients.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable solution architectures, application designs, and configuration decisions.
  • Lead solution design workshops and produce functional and technical design documentation.
  • Guide clients through design trade-offs and implementation best practices.
  • Configure metadata, business rules, calculations, forms, security, workflow, Smart View, data integration, and testing activities.
  • Implement or support Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service capabilities, including hierarchy management, metadata governance, dimensional model alignment, and enterprise data standards.
  • Lead project workstreams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Mentor consultants and senior consultants and establish collaborative client relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM solutions in a consulting environment.
  • Hands-on experience leading Oracle Planning implementations with one or more of PBCS, EPBCS, or Oracle Planning modules for Financials, Workforce, Capital, and Projects.
  • Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into solution architecture, application design, and configuration decisions.
  • Experience leading solution design workshops, creating functional and technical design documentation, and advising clients on design trade-offs and best practices.
  • Strong hands-on configuration experience with metadata, business rules, calculations, forms, security, workflow, Smart View, data integration, and testing.
  • Exposure to or implementation experience with Oracle EDMCS, including hierarchy management, metadata governance, dimensional model alignment, and enterprise data standards.
  • Experience leading project workstreams and mentoring consultants and senior consultants.
  • Strong oral and written communication and relationship-building skills.
  • U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal Government Security Clearance.
