Base Salary
$132k - $159k/yr
Responsibilities
- Generate and execute test plans to identify system limitations.
- Perform root cause analysis of defects and performance issues.
- Design and deploy instrumentation for data capture.
- Analyze test data and generate performance reports.
- Maintain verification and validation reports for vehicle systems.
- Collaborate with software teams to implement vehicle-level tests.
- Conduct on-road testing as an observer/annotator.
- Execute full software development lifecycle activities.
- Support software and system-level test plans and verification strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 3+ years, or a Doctorate with 1+ year.
- Working-level experience in transportation, engineering, or related technology.
- Experience with testing and verification of hardware and software systems.
- Knowledge of software development in a Linux environment.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Modern C++, Python, and Bash.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex robotic systems.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Experience with CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
