Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-volume, real-time AI Agent platform for multi-turn, cross-channel customer interactions.
- Design and implement APIs, services, and infrastructure for conversational workflows.
- Own software architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing production reliability.
- Prototype rapidly, use live interaction data to improve performance and user experience, and collaborate with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams.
- Implement observability, monitoring, and operational practices focused on agent accuracy and latency.
Requirements
- 6–10+ years of professional software engineering experience with at least one modern language such as Go, Python, or Elixir.
- At least 1 year of professional experience deploying and maintaining AI agents in production that interact with tools, APIs, or real-world workflows.
- Proven success designing and maintaining distributed or high-throughput systems.
- Strong problem-solving ability, comfort with ambiguity, excellent communication, and the ability to work across the stack.
- Preferred qualifications include LLM behavior evaluation, prompt design, context engineering, guardrails, agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, and hands-on fine-tuning and data curation.
