Internship: Full Stack Developer in Finance Domain

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, and deploy features that expand financing options and financial-model scenarios.
  • Add modals and microservices and expand APIs for subscription and pay-per-use payment plans.
  • Design, develop, and connect functionality in the user interface.
  • Support unit testing by updating Playwright tests and maintain technical documentation.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing for financial models and support documentation of processes and end-user work instructions.

Requirements

  • Be in the final year of a BSc or MSc degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Have experience designing and developing user interfaces, backend services, and relational database integrations.
  • Have knowledge of Java, JavaScript with React, and SQL for full-stack development.
  • Have a strong interest in learning finance and accounting concepts.
  • Be able to take ownership, structure work independently, and seek assistance when needed.
  • Be fluent in English and enrolled at a university throughout the internship period.
  • Be available to start in December 2026.

Benefits

  • Minimum six-month internship with thesis work possible, subject to hiring-team evaluation.
  • Internship allowance of €500–€700 gross per month for full-time interns, depending on education level; relocation cases and part-time internships may differ.
  • Housing compensation may be available for eligible interns relocating near the office.
  • Travel compensation of up to €192 net may be available when the intern is not eligible for free public transportation.
  • Paid holidays during the internship term.
  • Office-based work in Eindhoven with in-person attendance at least three days per week; weekly presence is 40 hours, with a 32-hour minimum.
