Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for customer-facing teams.
- Investigate and resolve highly technical, escalated customer issues.
- Review customer SDK integration code and build custom data export scripts.
- Collaborate with the Product Engineering team to address complex inquiries.
- Identify recurring customer issues and develop product solutions.
- Create technical troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles.
- Lead technical enablement for customer-facing teams.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- 2-3 years of experience developing and optimizing web/mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with Ruby, Rails, Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin.
- Experience with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- 2-3 years of experience supporting technical products in a SaaS B2B environment.
- Proficiency in case management tools like Salesforce or Jira Service Desk.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
- Experience providing technical mentorship.
- Ability to participate in an on-call after-hours rotation.
