Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for customer-facing teams.
  • Investigate and resolve highly technical, escalated customer issues.
  • Review customer SDK integration code and build custom data export scripts.
  • Collaborate with the Product Engineering team to address complex inquiries.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and develop product solutions.
  • Create technical troubleshooting guides and knowledge articles.
  • Lead technical enablement for customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience developing and optimizing web/mobile applications.
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Experience with Ruby, Rails, Swift, Objective-C, Java, or Kotlin.
  • Experience with APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • 2-3 years of experience supporting technical products in a SaaS B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in case management tools like Salesforce or Jira Service Desk.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of intellectual curiosity.
  • Experience providing technical mentorship.
  • Ability to participate in an on-call after-hours rotation.
