Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance quantitative forecasting models for revenues, balance sheet, and key financial drivers.
- Build scalable, production-ready forecasting solutions and contribute to architecture and technical implementation.
- Translate complex business and financial requirements into modelling frameworks and technical specifications.
- Partner with Finance, Strats, Technology, Risk, and Model Risk teams to industrialize, validate, govern, and maintain models.
- Apply machine learning, AI, statistical modelling, and advanced analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and insights.
- Contribute to the long-term evolution of forecasting infrastructure, automation, and data-driven decision-making across Corporate FP&A.
Requirements
- Strong academic background in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or Quantitative Finance.
- Experience in a quantitative developer, strategist, modelling, analytics, or software engineering role.
- Strong programming skills, ideally in Scala, C++, Python, or similar languages.
- Experience building clean, scalable, production-quality solutions with an engineering mindset.
- Strong understanding of quantitative modelling, data structures, algorithms, or statistical methods.
- Interest in financial markets, forecasting, planning, or balance sheet modelling.
- Ability to solve complex problems and explain technical concepts to quantitative and business stakeholders.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with forecasting, financial planning, stress testing, risk models, ML/AI techniques, model deployment, modern data platforms, Finance, Treasury, Capital, FP&A, or front-office strategy and model development.
