Responsibilities
- Define requirements and design, develop, test, integrate, and support software for semiconductor manufacturing teams.
- Develop software frameworks, algorithmic libraries, tools, and edge applications supporting manufacturing operations and automation.
- Define software architecture requirements considering usage, compatibility, performance, and reuse.
- Collaborate with data engineering, machine learning, AI, business, quality, and technology development teams.
- Create and maintain customer deliverables and timelines.
- Perform quality assurance and configuration and release management.
- Follow and improve established software development methodologies and practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Strong knowledge of and command of a programming language.
- Experience with object-oriented programming, CQRS, event-driven architectures, or similar software development paradigms.
- Experience developing, managing, and testing distributed software systems.
- Preferred: experience in semiconductor or discrete manufacturing environments.
- Preferred: experience developing software solutions using Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.
- Preferred: knowledge of CI/CD workflows and tools such as Bitbucket, Jenkins, Argo, and Kubernetes.
