Responsibilities
- Configure and customize packaged or SaaS applications, particularly ServiceNow modules, to meet business needs.
- Manage application releases and lifecycle processes while maintaining compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot application issues.
- Integrate third-party tools using APIs and low-code or automation workflows.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Work independently, contribute solutions, participate in team discussions, and become a subject matter expert.
- Share knowledge with and guide junior team members on best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Developer, ServiceNow Now Assist, and Predictive Intelligence.
- Experience configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and release processes.
- Ability to work with APIs and integrate third-party tools within ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with low-code development environments and automation workflows.
- Strong problem-solving ability for diagnosing and resolving application issues.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
