Responsibilities
- Manage projects while coding to enhance technical operations.
- Become a domain expert in card networks and payment systems.
- Handle technical inquiries from internal and external partners.
- Organize complex technical changes for payment releases and migrations.
- Automate inefficient manual processes through code changes.
- Design alerting systems to respond to incidents quickly.
- Drive the design and documentation of operational processes.
Requirements
- Knowledge of payment technologies and ecosystems.
- Ability to write high-quality code, primarily in Ruby and Java.
- Comfort using SQL for data navigation and issue diagnosis.
- Familiarity with developer tools like git for code changes.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
