Base Salary
$180k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and ship customer-facing features in React, Next.js, and TypeScript in partnership with design and product.
- Own frontend quality, including performance, accessibility, responsive behavior, and cross-device experiences.
- Extend and maintain component patterns and help establish frontend standards, tooling, and practices.
- Contribute to a fast, polished, search-friendly marketing site.
- Use AI coding tools to prototype and ship quickly without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers while balancing technical and product tradeoffs.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
- Deep experience with React and TypeScript.
- Strong product mindset and ability to incorporate user perspectives into interface decisions.
- High attention to typography, spacing, motion, micro-interactions, and interaction detail.
- Experience owning frontend quality across performance, accessibility, and screen sizes.
- Comfort using AI coding tools to improve development speed while maintaining quality.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with design, product, and engineering teams.
- Preferred experience includes design systems or component libraries, agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or Codex, data-heavy interfaces, complex tables, admin tooling, motion and animation, high-performing marketing sites, or a strong work portfolio.
