Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Handle standard SRE requests and routine troubleshooting across Linux environments, storage, and networking layers.
- Participate in entry-level on-call rotations under senior mentorship to support system availability.
- Use Claude, Gemini, and Replit to generate, refactor, debug, and test automation scripts and operational tooling.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, observability and monitoring tools, and deployment workflows.
- Help non-technical colleagues resolve coding obstacles and organize local technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Create and maintain service runbooks, incident documentation, and self-service operational patterns.
Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of Linux system administration, networking, cloud infrastructure, and scripting or coding.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding assistants such as Claude, Gemini, and Replit for script generation, debugging, and refactoring.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including the ability to mentor peers and assist non-coding team members.
- Ability to work from the Santa Clara, California office under the company’s primarily in-office policy.
