Responsibilities
- Build and support features for the iCapital Identity Platform.
- Develop an Elixir/Phoenix backend and TypeScript/React frontend using Amazon serverless technologies.
- Design and develop integrations with other iCapital platforms.
- Collaborate with Product Management, Design, stakeholders, and partners to scope requirements, gather feedback, review work, and provide updates.
- Address issues identified through automated and manual testing.
- Help define project vision and influence technical strategy.
Requirements
- 10–15+ years of experience in a related field.
- Strong understanding of browser technologies and web fundamentals including HTTP, cookies, CSP, and CORS.
- Extensive experience developing full-stack web applications.
- Strong relational database fundamentals.
- Demonstrated professional success coding in at least one programming language.
- Experience with Linux and strong command-line skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred experience writing production-ready code in Elixir, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Go, or Ruby.
- Preferred experience optimizing PostgreSQL queries and developing with React, Vue, Angular, or LiveView.
- Preferred experience deploying and configuring applications on AWS and querying Google BigQuery or other large relational datasets.
- Prior security or penetration-testing experience and technical leadership, team lead, or management experience are additional qualifications.
