Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications and application components.
  • Create application logic, user interfaces, data interfaces, data conversion scripts, reports, and SQL queries.
  • Develop digital solutions that streamline business processes and support organizational operations.
  • Work with Systems Analysts and Developers throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Maintain functional and technical specifications and documentation.
  • Design applications using C#, Python, SQL, and other scripting languages.
  • Develop analytic reports using Power BI, Tableau, or SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Develop applications and configure modules within the IBM Maximo EAM System.
  • Identify and improve data integrity problems and provide application support for systems and business needs.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in the second, third, or fourth year of an Information Technology or Computer Science degree or diploma.
  • Knowledge of at least one modern programming language: Java, Jython, Python, or C++.
  • Familiarity with one or more of VB.NET, C#.NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, Entity Framework, Microsoft SQL Server, Orchestrator, Angular, Remedy, Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft Access, Informatica, Oracle, or Oracle Fusion.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and enthusiastically.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada without restrictions.
  • Resume, cover letter, and unofficial transcripts are required with the application.

  • Full-time work terms are available for 4, 8, or 12 months, beginning in January 2027 or May 2027.
  • Work location is Calgary, Alberta, at the Head Office.
  • Monday-to-Friday schedule, five days on and two days off, with eight-hour workdays.
