Responsibilities
- Lead architecture and technical delivery for cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
- Manage complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical workstreams.
- Manage and support program planning efforts.
- Manage a team and provide leadership in a lead or supervisory capacity.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, clients, and internal teams.
- Develop technical documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Build client relationships and support selling additional project work.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a technical lead and/or architect on cloud-based enterprise system implementations.
- 6+ years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end-to-end technical workstream ownership.
- Experience managing a team.
- Experience using Workday Studio.
- Experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, decision-making, problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, technical documentation, user liaison, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and work effectively in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
- Experience in HR, financial, operational, or research administration within a university, hospital, or academic medical center is preferred.
- Experience with Workday Orchestrate is a plus.
