Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers to accelerate their time-to-value.
Lead the technical success and consumption trajectory within assigned accounts.
Provide strategic advisory on data strategy and technology stack integration.
Deliver technical value using AI-powered development tools for faster implementation.
Offer foundational guidance on Snowflake-specific architectural best practices.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless resource orchestration.
Create and deliver high-impact educational programs for customers.
Act as a feedback loop to influence future product development.
Triage customer inquiries and assist with demos and troubleshooting.

Hands-on experience with SQL is required.
Fluent in Arabic.
Strong understanding of data architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Desire to learn and grow technical skills in the Snowflake platform.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and possess project management skills.
University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields.
