Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on design specifications, project updates, requirements, and technical documentation.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize software applications for efficiency.
- Design user-friendly applications aligned with customer needs and industry standards.
- Create testing routines and procedures to ensure software reliability and accuracy.
- Apply mathematical and statistical approaches to solve complex problems in software projects.
- Prepare and preprocess data for analysis and use in software applications.
- Provide technical support to end users for software maintenance, troubleshooting, and usage questions.
- Establish responsible AI usage practices, validate AI-generated code, and design AI agent workflows for team efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience and capability in software engineering, software development, programming, problem solving, analysis, testing, software architecture, and debugging.
- Ability to design, develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications and systems.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Ability to use source code repositories and work with relational databases and APIs.
- Ability to create technical documentation, specifications, requirements, and testing procedures.
- Ability to evaluate AI tools, validate AI-generated code, establish responsible AI practices, and design agentic workflows.
- Strong analytical, collaborative, accountable, and functional and operational expertise.
