Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of quality engineers across multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies using quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Define and track quality metrics covering test execution and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams and contribute to key technical and project decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate quality objectives with project goals.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional.
- Proficiency in Accenture NewsPage DMS/SFA Functional.
- Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track quality metrics, test execution, and defect management.
- Ability to analyze business and functional requirements and coordinate ecosystem integration.
- 15 years of full-time education.
