$200k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize high-impact manual workflows for automation.
- Design and develop production multi-step, tool-augmented agent workflows with planning, execution, observation, reflection, state, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Use the Agentic AI Foundations platform for agent runtime, orchestration, memory, tool registry, guardrails, and observability, while providing feedback that shapes its roadmap.
- Develop differentiated internal AI solutions using LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
- Identify reusable agent design patterns and contribute them to the platform’s paved paths.
- Use evaluation and tracing infrastructure for continuous performance assessment, failure-mode analysis, and optimization of agent speed and accuracy.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years focused on AI/ML systems or LLM-powered applications in production.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Strong Python skills and experience building production-grade backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Experience independently defining, building, and measuring solutions in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Experience shipping AI or automation solutions that directly impacted business operations.
- Strong systems thinking with an emphasis on reliability, observability, and maintainability.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical business stakeholders and translate workflows into technical solutions.
- Preferred experience with multi-agent systems, workflow orchestration, complex tool-use patterns, evaluation frameworks, RAG pipelines, vector databases, knowledge graphs, memory or grounding systems, real-time or streaming AI, AI safety and security, regulated industries, MCP or similar tool protocols, and AWS-hosted LLM infrastructure.
