Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to catalog and prioritize manual workflows by impact and feasibility.
- Build multi-step, tool-augmented agent workflows that enhance reasoning and task reliability.
- Leverage the Agentic AI Foundations platform for integration and feedback.
- Create differentiated internal solutions using LLMs and multi-agent frameworks.
- Discover reusable agent design patterns and contribute them back to the platform.
- Utilize evaluation harnesses for continuous performance assessment and optimization.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, with 2 years in AI/ML systems.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLM APIs and at least one agentic framework.
- Strong Python skills and experience in building production-grade backend services.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and deliver measurable results.
- Experience shipping AI solutions that impact business operations.
- Strong systems thinking for reliability and maintainability.
