Responsibilities
- Design scalable IAM and CIAM security solutions aligned with zero-trust principles, resilient cyber services architecture, and monitoring infrastructure.
- Develop and execute long-term IAM security strategy and define IAM requirements for evolving business, cloud, and partner needs.
- Lead future-state scalable IAM architecture changes and adaptive identity framework building blocks.
- Evaluate IAM technology products and services against the security roadmap and business demands.
- Advise and influence business, architecture, technology, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Oversee implementation of multiple key IAM initiatives and define associated change-management requirements and resources.
- Develop plans and materials for standardized security non-functional requirements and validation processes.
- Participate in IAM design governance and coordinate communications across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is required.
- Experience developing and implementing large-scale change initiatives.
- Knowledge of PKI infrastructure, security protocols, HSMs, secret vaults, MFA, and privileged access management.
- Knowledge of access controls using Active Directory, AAD, identity providers, and SSO.
- Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC workflows, privacy, governance, and disaster recovery resilience.
- Strong communication, collaboration, influencing, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
