Base Salary
$150k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and operate large-scale web applications for beauty and wellness businesses.
- Build new AI features for GlossGenius customers.
- Develop and define microservice-based infrastructure.
- Create internal tools that improve team speed, confidence, effectiveness, and customer value.
- Build payment, customer earnings, team management, and business growth experiences.
- Develop intuitive frontend experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Improve the performance, reliability, scalability, and security of backend systems.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional software development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Hands-on experience building with AI/ML APIs or LLMs and shipping a meaningful real-world or side-project application using AI.
- Ability to analyze and improve system efficiency, scalability, and stability.
- Strong collaboration skills, team spirit, ownership, and entrepreneurial initiative.
- Willingness to work in or commute to the San Francisco office.
