Responsibilities
- Design and execute software projects critical to the core product.
- Own and improve the stability and performance of backend services.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to meet organizational needs.
- Participate in on-call rotations for system reliability.
- Identify opportunities for system efficiency and reliability.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and professional development.
Requirements
- BS degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in backend software development and distributed systems.
- Experience with Go and/or Python.
- Proficient in asynchronous and written communication.
- Experience building and operating features from scratch.
- Growth-driven with a desire for increased impact and responsibility.
