Responsibilities
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android.
- Contribute hands-on code, mobile architecture, complex technical solutions, and critical delivery efforts.
- Diagnose performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design native module integrations and refine state management strategies.
- Support and improve deployment pipelines across iOS and Android ecosystems.
- Establish engineering best practices, code-quality standards, robust testing practices, and mobile development processes.
- Guide and mentor peers while collaborating with Product Management, UX/UI designers, backend teams, and other stakeholders.
- Own feature delivery and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Senior-level experience owning complex features and delivering production-ready mobile applications.
- Comprehensive hands-on experience with React Native, JavaScript or TypeScript, and native module integration.
- Proficiency with modern state management libraries such as Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or React Query.
- Strong understanding of mobile UI design principles, performance optimization, and fluid user interactions.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Jest or React Native Testing Library.
- Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and optimize performance across iOS and Android.
- Excellent communication, peer guidance, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Nice-to-have experience configuring iOS and Android CI/CD pipelines using App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
- Nice-to-have experience writing native code with Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin, or Java.
- Nice-to-have familiarity with real-time sports data streaming, WebSocket connections, or 3D graphics rendering.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Hungary office.
