Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, testing, and delivery.
- Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and make decisions for the team and across multiple teams.
- Lead planning and execution of project deliverables.
- Design comprehensive functional test strategies aligned with project requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and product quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessing software functionality and addressing testing challenges.
- Experience designing comprehensive test strategies.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for testing coverage.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and quality assurance best practices.
- 15 years of full-time education.
