Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end engineering and configuration of Informatica MDM Customer 360 solutions.
  • Design and maintain business entity models, relationships, metadata, match and merge rules, survivorship rules, workflows, and hierarchies.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize Provisional UI and Informatica IDD interfaces.
  • Develop and manage IICS integrations, mappings, synchronization processes, and parameterization.
  • Define API services using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications and REST integration patterns.
  • Develop CDQ mapping specifications and data quality rules.
  • Ensure alignment with governance, security, data quality, performance, and operational stability standards.
  • Translate business and stakeholder requirements into scalable MDM technical solutions.
  • Lead release planning, versioning, automation, and deployment using Azure DevOps.
  • Provide technical mentorship, code reviews, technical guidance, and engineering practice leadership.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across the MDM ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience with Informatica MDM and Customer 360 (C360).
  • Strong proficiency with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS), including mappings, tasks, synchronization, and parameterization.
  • Experience designing business entity relationships, trust, survivorship rules, data models, metadata, and entity models.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Provisional UI and Informatica IDD.
  • Practical experience with CDQ mapping development and data quality rule design.
  • Strong knowledge of Swagger/OpenAPI, API development, integration standards, and REST patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and work management.
  • Strong understanding of match/merge strategies, hierarchy management, cross-domain modeling, and MDM concepts.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and guide engineering best practices.
  • Preferred experience with Azure cloud architecture, networking, and platform services.
  • Preferred knowledge of data governance frameworks such as Collibra and Informatica Axon.
  • Preferred familiarity with ETL/ELT patterns outside IICS, including ADF and Databricks.
  • Preferred experience with analytical platforms, master data consumption, performance tuning, scalability planning, MDM optimization, and complex global engineering teams or MDM programs.
