Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using React, .NET, and Azure.
- Evolve IKEA’s Supplier Collaboration Platform and contribute to Standard Product Lifecycle Management initiatives.
- Work across the full product lifecycle from discovery and solution design through implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and offshore colleagues.
- Influence technical direction, architecture, design decisions, and engineering best practices.
- Ensure high-quality, maintainable software through code reviews, automated testing, and observability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong hands-on .NET backend development and modern React frontend development.
- Experience designing, building, and operating scalable web applications, APIs, and cloud-native solutions.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and modern cloud architectures.
- Ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions and solve complex problems.
- Strong communication, collaboration, active listening, coaching, and facilitation skills.
- Preferred experience with Product Lifecycle Management systems, supplier collaboration platforms, Terraform, GitHub Actions, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Playwright.
