Responsibilities
- Fine-tune large language models using instruction fine-tuning and domain adaptation.
- Analyze model outputs, assess model performance, and implement performance improvements.
- Apply natural language processing, data preprocessing, evaluation metrics, and performance-tuning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, mentor junior team members, and help manage team execution.
- Design and deliver Generative and Agentic AI solutions, including prompt engineering and AI evaluation, for enterprise workflows.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models and strong understanding of natural language processing techniques.
- Experience with model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Python and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work with large datasets and implement data preprocessing techniques.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to apply Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks to scalable and responsible enterprise solutions.
