Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with product teams to address technology needs.
- Drive large-scale initiatives to enhance user visitation and engagement.
- Advocate for engineers on the Growth team and prioritize projects.
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices and processes.
- Review and ensure solid technical plans for Growth projects.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for Growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in building large-scale ML systems with modern frameworks.
- Passion for creating quality discovery surfaces to drive user engagement.
- Proven track record of delivering large, cross-functional projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience as a hands-on engineer and technical leader.
