Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Deploy Azure resources, including Azure Virtual Machines and Key Vaults, through Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Monitor, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Azure infrastructure and cloud resources.
- Implement and manage Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop, review, refine, and troubleshoot infrastructure as code using ARM templates, Terraform, and Bicep.
- Design, implement, and manage secure Microsoft Azure enclave environments, including IAM policies and least-privilege access.
- Build and rotate Azure Virtual Desktop images through automation.
- Design, deploy, and manage Kubernetes container orchestration and Azure Kubernetes Service clusters.
- Automate deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications.
- Assist customers with installing software onto baseline desktops using DSC or Packer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership on cloud solutions, engineering strategy, and innovation.
- Document configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting processes and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in cloud administration and development, focused on Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with secure enclave environments and security compliance frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Virtual Desktop.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Bicep.
- Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages, with strong knowledge of YAML, JSON, Bicep, and PowerShell.
- Experience automating Azure resource deployment through code.
- Ability to contribute to key decisions, solve complex problems, improve development processes, and support team velocity.
- Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-305 are highly desirable.
- Active Top Secret with SCI clearance or above is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required under the applicable government contract.
- Must live within driving distance of Lorton, Virginia or be willing to relocate, work onsite, and travel up to 10%.
