Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, configuration, and implementation of custom software applications.
- Act as the primary point of contact and subject-matter expert for the project.
- Make team decisions and provide technical solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Design and configure cloud-based customer-experience solutions using Genesys Cloud CX.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues in cloud environments.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and stakeholder communications to align solutions with business objectives.
- Oversee best-practice adoption, project timelines, and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentor team members.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Genesys Cloud CX.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX and cloud-based customer-experience solution design and configuration.
- Experience with integration techniques and APIs related to cloud contact-center platforms.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in cloud environments.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
