Base Salary
$170k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve AI-enabled development workflows from idea through production.
- Deploy coding agents with the context, tools, environments, and feedback loops needed to work on real codebases.
- Improve CI, deployments, testing, and release workflows by reducing slow tests, flaky builds, manual steps, and delays.
- Create agents and automations for triage, code review, testing, documentation, and releases.
- Build infrastructure and deployment paths that enable non-engineering teams to create and maintain applications and automations.
- Evaluate, introduce, and roll out new models, coding agents, and developer infrastructure.
- Add testing, permissions, sandboxing, and observability to development workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, drive adoption of improved development practices, and measure productivity impact.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience using coding agents and building AI-powered workflows.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience designing, shipping, and operating production systems.
- Experience improving CI/CD, testing infrastructure, development environments, or internal tooling to increase engineering productivity.
- Familiarity with agent SDKs, agent harnesses, tool integrations, and infrastructure for coding agents.
- Ability to set technical direction for ambiguous problems and carry initiatives through implementation and adoption.
- Comfort working across Python/Django and React/TypeScript and the infrastructure supporting them.
- Collaborative, hands-on approach with willingness to pair with teammates and understand their workflow challenges.
Benefits

- Base pay range across the U.S. is $170,000-$230,000 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Colorado base pay range is $190,000-$210,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
