Responsibilities

Translate business, operational, and technical requirements into practical Digital Workplace Solutions.
Produce HLDs, LLDs, architecture artefacts, solution designs, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, stakeholder engagements, architecture governance, and review processes.
Coordinate technical solutions across multidisciplinary engineering and delivery teams and provide architectural direction across workstreams.
Ensure solutions meet client architecture standards, security requirements, operational frameworks, and delivery-readiness expectations.
Advise clients and account teams, support bids and Statements of Work, and contribute to transformation programs.
Identify and support emerging technologies, AI capabilities, modern management approaches, and workplace innovation solutions.

Baseline clearance is required, with NV1 preferred.
At least 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure or digital workplace roles, including at least 5 years as a solution or technical architect.
Extensive Managed Service Provider experience delivering and assuring services for large, complex enterprise clients.
Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex technology programs in a client-facing or consulting capacity.
Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies and PMO governance processes.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
Experience with Windows SOE architecture, Autopilot, Intune, SCCM, device and application lifecycle management, Microsoft Defender, endpoint security, Active Directory, Entra ID, Zero Trust-aligned designs, and Microsoft 365 workloads.
Experience with servers, networking, enterprise applications, hybrid M365 environments, and preferably Azure Virtual Desktop, secure enclaves, and transitions from legacy VDI platforms.
